Layers of Legacy

A celebration of India's heritage and the festival of lights, interpreted through the architectural language of stepped wells, or ‘baolis’. Traditionally symbols of community, life and prosperity, the stepped-well form created the foundation of the installation.

At its heart, a majestic bejewelled peacock stood surrounded by the warm glow of diyas. Intricately carved pillars, traditional elements and the charm of handmade craftsmanship came together to elevate the experience.
