Inspired by the sparkles of Diwali was ‘the Infinity Crystal Dome’. The lotus shaped exterior form was a modern day adaptation of the Lotus flower that holds an integral place in Indian traditions. The structure was designed with a metal and wire mesh structure outside and a reflective psychedelic surface on the inside. The interior of this installation was created using thousands of mirror acrylic pieces crafted and arranged in a faceted style to give an infinite feel. The walkthrough experience inside the dome made the visual experience all the more compelling. The play with lights both inside and outside served as the perfect background in ensuring a complete visual experience for the visitors.
